Payment Schedule
1 month or less, 100% due at time of Reservation
More than 1 month, 1st month due at time of Reservation, remainder due at check-in.

Cancellation, Date-Change, and Refund Policy
No Show - Account Credits will not be granted.
More than 90 days until reservation start - Account credited for payments made, minus 10% of total reservation.
60-89 days until reservation start date - Account credited for 50% of payments made.
Less than 30 days prior to reservation start date - no credit applied to account.
